Growth Mindset VS Fixed Mindset

In my opinion growth mindset is a mind that grows without limitation. A growth mindset tells us how to think out of the box and without limitations. I strongly believe that the growth mindset is necessary to survive in this society. If we talk about the fixed mindset it means you think that you have learned all the things already in my opinion there's no future for a fixed mindset. Fixed mindset people always in the box with a fear of lose.

Amal totkay consists of simple 5 steps that are very clear and super amazing.

1. Self Talk

When I was reading about Amal Totkay it was the point that I like the most. We always self talk but not make it very clear and didn't talk for a single point. We need to self-talk very specifically for greater results.

2. Getting out of Comfortzone

If we want a growth mindset then always live out of the comfort zone. Comfortzone is not the place for growth mindsets but fixed mindsets.

Since I joined the AMAL it helps me how to live out of my comfort zone always.

3.Develop new habits

New habits are like learning new things. We need to make it a habit. A good habit means a step towards development. It could be helping others, Be generous and etc. Amal is the best practice always to learn and develop new habits.

4.Seek help from experts

Always be cleared and ask for help whenever you want from experts. Taking help doesn't mean any shame but it will help you grow and increase productivity. In AMAL we always ask for help from other fellows as PM/AM.

5.Fake it till you make it

We always try to become fake but not for productivity and learning but to show others. When you are fake for productivity and development it will help you grow and it's a great point that motivates and help me to stand in many fields of life.

a) How did I find the 5 tips?

These are more important as much as AMAL fellowship. It gives us a sequence of all the important aspects which we normally do but unintentionally.

b) What are my takeaways?

My takeaways include that I spend valuable time with myself as well as will always ask the experts for help without any hesitation.

c) What are my favorite tips?

My favorite tip was Self Talk which I normally do but not very specific. From now onwards I will try to make it super worthy.

d) What have I started implementing already?

I already started the Totka of ‘Getting out of my comfort zone’.

e) What I can do to develop a growth mindset beginning from today?

I strongly believe that if I started following all the above Amal Totkay I will definitely start moving towards a growth mindset.
